Joshua launched the Joshua Homes home building division after many years in the construction industry providing subcontract services to builders, remodelers and general contractors. Our company goals are to deliver an exceptional residence that meets and exceeds our clients’ expectations while offering a unique transparent experience where homeowners are involved in the process.  By utilizing our cloud-based software, our valued clients are able to follow construction schedules, inquire about costs, submit design questions or changes and otherwise become involved at whatever level they choose. Joshua Homes offers a unique level of transparency where homeowners are enabled to make decisions in design, changes or otherwise with a high level of consultation by evaluating subcontractor estimates, material cost, and general overhead in a 100% transparent manner. 

As members of the Dallas Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders, Joshua Homes offers all the latest design and construction trends and technology.  During the design process, we discuss potential cost differences in relation to design such as Spray Foam, Audio Visual, Smart Home Options, Appliances, latest flooring trends, and overall selections throughout the home.  Our clients are able to visit local builder showrooms to select lighting, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring and bath finishes yet through our unique transparency clients are able to purchase items from any vendor they choose.
