Joshua Homes has been entrusted to provide home lot consultation on more than 70 home lots in The Sanctuary, The Summit, The Preserve and more.

Securing a selected lot is first priority in order to design a home that best suits the typography, lot size, soil type and possible easements. 

Following the selection of homeowners lot, we begin the design process. Joshua Homes offers a 3 step design process that is client driven. Joshua homes provides consultation with the client regarding all aspects of the floor plan, exterior facade, house placement on the lot, interior finishes and more.

By working closely with our homeowners, Joshua Homes is able to direct selections in order to remain within budget yet still accomplish the overall design appeal. 

Following the three step design process, homeowners will possess architectural drawings, a multi page budget with selections and are prepared to begin the permitting process in order to commence with construction.

Depending on weather, type of home, complexity, size and more, typical construction takes 8 months or more.
